Case scenario 4/6 - Sending a detailed proposal

The Agency has the information needed to establish an estimate and it sends it to the client.

 

The client has indicated his preferences. Now, the Agency can establish a detailed estimate to send it to the client.

The user has his active files on the screen all the time. He can select from the list our client and consult / modify all the information referring to him. For example change the arrival date, complete the name, etc. He can also decide to establish a detailed estimate.

When sending a new email, he can choose to create a new estimate or to select an estimate that has already been send, without time limit. For example, he can take a tour sent such day and resume the work.

For our example, we will consider that it is the first tour to be send. The user has an empty list where he can:

ePax manages the tour and the prices in an intelligent way because it takes in consideration the category of the hotel, the number of persons, the category of the tour, etc. With one click, the tour can switch from "group" to "private" and, therefore, the prices will change instantaneously. This gives an unquestionable asset to ePax, which is to be able to simulate a tour immediately.

Constantly, the user can see prices, separately and the total, including taxes and fees, as well as the tour, just as it will be send to the client.

ePax biggest asset is to establish a complete tour (see the example) without having to write anything.

When the tour is ready, the user can send it to the client, including automatically, if he wants, some documents, such as a payment form, for example. Then the tour is send in MHTML format, which allows:

Moreover, while sending the email, ePax sends automatically the HTML version of the tour to a WEB server through FTP. That meens that the tour will be available for consultation on the web, if the Agency has a website.
